We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Sale items and accessories are final sale.

Do you offer local pickup in Winnetka?

Yes! If you are local to the Winnetka area, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items from our boutique at no additional cost.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since we strive to process orders quickly, please contact us at our Winnetka storefront immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
